Resident name included on notification email to staff

Residents name be included on the email notification that are sent when transportation requests are created. The staff receive these emails and it would be super helpful if the residents name was on the email.

Resident users would like logging / signing in to be easier

Biometric authentication or a 4 digit pin would simplify the sign-in process and make it more accessible. Residents have a lot of trouble remembering their login. This would simplify the process for them, save them time, and avoid frustration.
