Get rid of back log. work orders should go directly to "to do" list. Using backlog is an unneeded extra step.

Ability to see all future recurring requests on the work request calendar.

Future recurring requests patterns do not show up on work request calendar until one single instance is pulled from that pattern and moved to the to do list. Would be nice to see the entire pattern show up on the calendar.
