I only have my community members register for activities if I need a sign up list. For example- a head count to order food for an event, purchase theater tickets, or to know which residents I am picking up on the bus for an outing. Otherwise, there's no need for them to pre register for activities. I only have the activities toggled to register if they need to register for them. That's how they know from their side if they need to sign up for that activity or not. However, if an activity is toggled to no registration required, you can't take attendance for the activity. Please change the feature so that you can log attendance for ALL activities, even if they did not have to register for the activity first.
For all that requested and voted on this enhancement, we have great news! This feature was released to production today. You can now take attendance on an activity even when Resident Registration is toggled off. Thanks for the great suggestion!
