As a user I want to be able to relocate the numerical date from the right corner of my calendar to the left side of my calendar.

Birthday reminder notification be tied to permission "view residents"

Currently the "birthday reminder notification" for staff is tied to the "view staff" permission. This doesn't make sense considering we don't even collect staff birthdays. Would be more logical to have the notification attached to "view residents"...

Once the monthly calendar is finished it DOES NOT keep automatically changing.
