Visibility that a comment has been created in a transportation request
Currently, you have to click into the comment section of a transportation request to see if there was a comment made. It would be nice to have a deliniation that there was a comment created.
The ability to view what staff member completed tasks within a work order
Staff want to be able to view who completed tasks associated with work orders. Currently you can view what staff member updated the status, but can't see who checked off the tasks within the work order.
