Allow attendance tracking without resident profile permission

What is the challenge or problem or you are trying to solve?

Currently, the permission group that allows a user to take attendance also gives them access to the resident profiles.

What is the impact?

We need a permission for attendance that doesn't give them access to the full resident profile.

Describe your idea

Just a list of residents and the ability to track attendance. Ideally, it would still allow them to track "personal activities" and add a note, but if we could just get the ability to track attendance without the profile being seen, that would be great.
