iN2L Resident Page Photo Feature Adds

The team at Georgian Traditions asked for a few features to be added to group system photo section.
1. Photo scroll in large photo mode (like on the tablet)
2. Ability to tag or create a photo caption so the family or resident can help describe the image and who is in it. This can help with reminiscing and those in memory care! It can help staff relate to them, also.
3. Show what contact sent the image (like on the tablet)
