Designer allowing the user more control over the spacing and individual font sizes

What is the challenge or problem or you are trying to solve?

If there are a lot of activities on the schedule or large descriptions, the font has to be very small in order to include everything on one page. In senior living communities, you'd want the font as large as possible.

What is the impact?

Increased readability of daily agendas, increases resident usage of lifeloop and attendance in activities

Describe your idea

There is a lot of rigidity when it comes to using the designer to make a daily schedule. We should be able to adjust the font size for the description, the title, and the time, independently of each other. We should also be able to edit the margins between each entry, because there is a TON of blank space in there not being used. As a result of these two factors being inaccessible, a busy day requires a very tiny font to be printed on the agenda, and then residents complain that they cannot read it. There could also be more templates designed to fit different configurations of schedules. One example I can give is repurposing the two-day schedule template into having both sides being used for one big day of activities.
