What is the challenge or problem or you are trying to solve?

As an Enterprise user, I require my community staff to submit a reason and a replacement for each calendar activity that is needed to be canceled. To audit this, I export printed calendars and compare to the dailies that communities create to make sure what is offered is what was planned.

I would like a notification when an activity is canceled on a community calendar, including an audit trail of when it was canceled, by who, and why.
