Adoption goal setting

What is the challenge or problem or you are trying to solve?

Organizations often have specific KPIs related to attendance, calendar activities, designer submission deadlines, and more. Large groups spend a great deal of time manually exporting or sorting through data to understand if community staff are meeting these goals.

What is the impact?

This functionality would not only be helpful for Enterprise users & staff members but internal teams at LifeLoop. Onboarding could use reports based on the goals to easily identify who needs additional help in the onboarding stage and CSMs could similarly utilize to drive continuous adoption along with their corporate contacts without having to manually go through the product to understand usage.

Describe your idea

Create the ability for Enterprise users to set usage goals for each module within LifeLoop that are tied to notifications for staff (ex: you're almost there, keep up the great work) and Enterprise users (Ex: X community is falling behind). It would be important to allow these to be adjustable by care level so if you have some groups that are always above the normal standard, their goals can be adjusted to be higher and provide something for them to work towards. Lastly, there would need to be an aggregate view of each community and how they are performing against the goals that can be pulled at any given time.
