AOD is pretty simple and doesn't have options to send open shift messages or a way team members can view everyone's schedule overall

Easier for Manager to see the schedule overall, schedule team members and possibly a way for team members to pick up open shifts through app

Describe your idea

I used to utilize Onshift. It was a pretty simple website where everyone's schedule could be posted for up to a year and any open shifts could be picked up by team members manually based on their available hours. They wouldn't have access to pick up shifts if it would put them on overtime, it would send a request and manager would have to approve it.
