We need a way for our concierge team to be able to see if the driver is unavailable during the time they are trying to schedule.

Easier for the team scheduling appointments to see a conflict.

Make the sidebar turn red, much like if the request is out of business hours, if the driver is already on a run and will not be able to return before the new appointment is scheduled.
