We have been having issues with the trip type field. This field is set up to default to One-Way. We are finding that this field isn't being touched and/or changed when it needs to be. |

we end up planning the day with many one-way drop offs to later in the day receiving a call (which would be the Will Call option) that a resident needs to be picked up. |

Is it possible for this field to become a required selection field rather than a default to One-way. Once we have remedied the "Trip Type" field, if the "One Way" option is chosen, is it possible for a "details" box to pop up under it? This way whoever is adding this transportation can add details on how our resident is planning to return. Ex: Daughter Susan will be picking resident up". |
