Ability to connect LifeLoop data into customers internal BI tools

What is the challenge or problem or you are trying to solve?

• Limitations to what data customers have access to

• Differences in what data is available in admin, reports, insights

• Issue of having multiple systems within an organization and having to check separate dashboards in each rather than having 1 tool that consolidates this information

• CS spends hours each month exporting, and customizing reports for ENT customers to fit their specific needs

What is the impact?

This request will mostly impact large customers that have specific usage/adoption goals for LifeLoop and want to share that information within their organization.

The ability for LifeLoop data to be sent to customers' BI tools, giving them the opportunity to create custom dashboards and consolidate where reports are accessed.
