Maximum Residents: Ability to define a max # of women & men on registering for activity

For example, we have a weekly trip to the local Mormon temple. The church coordinators who plan the trip only have appointment reservations that can fit 15 women and 5 men, including 2 people in wheelchairs.I can’t think of a way to put a max number on how many men and how many women can register for the activity. So I was just thinking it would be nice to have the choice to breakdown the registration limitations further.
