Maximum Residents: Ability to define wheelchair seats and seats Merged

LifeLoop staff users have asked for a way to split/define maximum participants into wheelchair and regular seats. They said if they are using the calendar for outings, they have different maxes depending on how many wheelchairs come and how many can walk on. They also asked for more this relating to seats at a table with chairs vs wheelchairs. Right now there is not a number for max participants.
