If an initial transportation request changes time, location, or anything else. Want to be able to see the history of changes. Who changed what and when.

When appointments (transportation) are modified it would be nice to get a notification of what changes were made. Sometimes someone will go back into the appointment & change the date & move it back to pending. Then I suddenly have an appointment that is mysteriously pending with no explanation of why or who did it.
