Some of our Assisted Living Residents come over to Independent Living and participate in the IL activities and some of our IL Residents come to the AL programs. We take attendance for IL and AL, however, we cannot show the IL/AL Residents as participating on programs that are not on their respective calendars
If the AL and IL communities are part of the same Campus, you should be able to do this by clicking on the "All" toggle within the Take Attendance modal.
On the web app, this means that after you click on "Take Attendance" you should see a toggle that has the options of "Hosted", "Registered", "All", and "Suggested". Click on "All" and you should see all residents of all communities of that Campus. On the mobile app, after you click on Take Attendance you need to click on the "Filter" button and then select "All".
