Ability to add 2 phone numbers to resident profiles

Would like a spot for a mobile and a landline phone number in resident profile as some residents have both a landline and a cell phone or one/the other.

Allow staff to see resident birthdays without having the permission of "View Staff".

We want our staff to be able to see resident birthdays, but have it as a policy that staff not have the ability to view other staff. Can you please make these mutually exclusive so we don't have to change our policy? Thank you!
