Show activities cancelled in past week on the staff Dashboard page

Currently it is difficult to quickly see if there have been any cancelled activities for a particular community

In the metrics at the top of the dashboard, show a count of cancelled activities for the past week. When clicked, I should be taken to a list of those activities that were cancelled.
