Show Residents' preferred names within Messages on the mobile app

Currently, it only shows the residents' given names, but not their preferred names like on the web. Preferred names should appear in all features web or mobile.

YouTube links

allow sign in access for YouTube. At our facilty we have favorite videos and saved playlists that we would love to access through IN2L. Also there is no way to link specific video links to resident profiles. That would be great
