Resident users would like logging / signing in to be easier
Biometric authentication or a 4 digit pin would simplify the sign-in process and make it more accessible. Residents have a lot of trouble remembering their login. This would simplify the process for them, save them time, and avoid frustration.
Instead of keeping all ideas under one list, it would be great to have tabs in the ideas portal based-on the progress of the idea. For example, "In review," "future consideration," "under review," etc. can all have it's own tab. That way we can mo...
