Some communities need the ability to import staff, resident, or family contacts from a system that is not PCC or Matrix Care. An open API option that other 3rd party EHR systems could connect to would allow more flexibility for LifeLoop customers.
Great news - this capability exists with our new Smart Import API! LifeLoop customers can connect 3rd party systems to LifeLoop for the purpose of resident census, staff profiles, and family contact imports. Please reach out to your LifeLoop Customer Success Manager for more details.
