Improving UX for tables, views that are negatively affected by additional data

The particular instance for Staff Lists that brought this to light was a known issue that affects the scrolling of tables when data columns present too much data. For instance, a staff user with 5+ group tags will cause the table to be cut off. (example attached)

A side scroll is present but only at the bottom of the page, so it has an awkward look and feel and may potentially cut off data to the far right.

This feedback idea is to comprehensively address tables like this that could be affected by larger data sets.
