Have a list of residents that unregistered for an event

This would allow staff to have a record of residents who unregistered, allowing them to accurately track attendance, manage logistics, and address any concerns that may have prompted decision to unregister.

Would like to see full history of registration for events. If someone registers, then un-registers, would like to see all of that history.
