Currently only Support users can import staff Smart Import with a Custom permission Role and custom permissions lists in the Permission column. When working with enterprise level customers (Ex: NPSL, Phoenix, Spectrum) they have IT teams that are responsible for staff management for their entire portfolio (30+ communities) and it would be helpful if they could upload a staff Smart Import list with customer permissions. As it currently stands, they have to manually adjust permission if they don't want to use any of the default permission roles. Our team is currently handling daily smart imports for Spectrum because there staff have custom permission and they don't want to handle manually making the edits each day.
