Ability to schedule adding a new resident

It would help to be able to schedule when a new resident is added so that it doesn't necessarily have to be completed on the actual day of move-in (but don't want to add early and throw off resident counts).

From survey with customer: "A way to schedule a resident to be added. I don't always have time to add the residents on the exact day they move in and I will throw off my numbers if I add them early. We usually know the physical move-in date of our residents and I would like to set them up in the system without moving them in. There may be a way to do this, but I have yet to locate it."
