Upload a video into designer slideshows, not just a URL.

DeVon from CalVet LA would like to upload security and safety videos to the display to play for employees in their lounge. These are mp4s and other video styles that are not on vimeo or YouTube. He does not care if they are added through the designer or display but he originally asked if it could be placed in the display.
