Ability to export communities' toggles list in LL Admin

In the event of turnover or the addition of a new staff member in the home office of an organization, it would enhance efficiency for our CS team to have the capability to export a list detailing which communities have specific toggles activated or deactivated so that we can provide it to the customer.
