Create app that can display content for Games, trivia, shows, etc

Communities are experiencing issue when they have only 1 iPad in the community and the t.v web browsers so not always function properly for smart t.v's to pull up the LifeLoop webpage to do the content during an activity. They adapt the iPad but when there are 2 communities within a campus, it would be easier to just have an app that allows for them to pull up and play the content rather than trying to get the web browser on the t.v to function properly, etc. This would be super helpful, save time and be user friendly.
