Especially with trilogy, when a new staff member account is created, they receive several Welcome emails several times a day. Code needs to be changed so that these are not sent out when there is a change to the API
Personally unfamiliar with the current API referred to here, but sounds like it would be a very simple change and straightforward solution that is a very necessary prior to full matrixcare integration adoption.
