Add Registered/Unregistered Filters For Staff & Residents

As a LifeLoop Admin user, I would appreciate the ability to filter by registered and unregistered individuals, both staff and residents, similar to the way we currently can for connections. I also believe that this feature would be valuable for Enterprise users and staff as it would enable a seamless way to identify who is a registered user and who still needs to receive a Welcome Invite. This enhancement would significantly benefit our operations by streamlining the process of managing and welcoming new users, thus improving overall efficiency and user engagement. Additionally, it would keep it consistent with resident, staff, and connection management in the portal.
