Update the Month/Year Start Date in Designer Templates Automatically

When communities create a project using a designer template, the initial start date is automatically assigned to the month and year when the template was originally created. As a result, each year, we find it necessary to manually update the year (in all organization templates) to prevent any confusion among community members who might wonder why their scheduled activities do not align with the current month. Moreover, failing to make this adjustment could lead to instances where community members overlook the need for review, resulting in incorrect activities being printed.
