Allow selection of Dining/Meals calendar for Displays Agenda

In Displays, give users the option to select community Dining calendar instead of just calendars from the Calendar tab when choosing which calendar to use for the Agenda (sidebar). Some states require that the meal options available to residents are always easily accessible for residents in a visible location. This would be an easy way to fulfill that requirement.
