Integrated Video Chat Platform on Group Systems

We have tried using external video chat options, but it requires trainers and staff to download apps and log in. They would love the simplicity of the video chat integration on the tablets, or have a preferred chat or video chat client downloaded to desktop or IN APP (preferred) like we used to have with skype. It would be so much easier to manage and recommend. They love our system for this video chat use case.
