Make contrast in filtering Resident, Connection, Staff features more distinct.

Currently you can barely see the filter options when filtering in the Resident, Connection, and Staff features, extremely hard to use with the update. I'm sure this is probably an issue in other features as well, but I noticed during my training and you couldn't see what was currently being filtered. See attached image.
