Add a solution to play iN2L Content & Displays on individual room TVs

Asking often in Trilogy trainings if we have a solution for their personal resident TV displays. Some residents do not watch TV in room, but they would like to share the community activities, events, holiday slideshows, and iN2L content with them in their room. This was likely suggested before but did not show up. They mentioned it in 4 trainings I have been to!
