As a user I need the ability for residents to easily view the activity leader on printed calendars, as it is a NY state requirement.

Create an additional drop down for Activity Leader (separate assigned staff) when creating an activity. Ability to include the activity leader's initials viewable in the calendar builder and designer. Additional function to add a Name key to designed calendars. Furthermore the ability to arrange the order of these details. NY state requirements and partial example attached
