Allow for display to preview while creating the display

Before things were updated within Displays, you could see what you were creating in real time on the screen before you selected "Create Display". Now, it is a loading screen until "Create Display" is selected. It makes it harder to demonstrate to customers and looks like it's having trouble loading.
