Customer Ideas Portal
We need to offer the option for families/ staff members to export the photos sent to residents into a compressed zip file that they can load onto a USB drive/ SD card or even send in an email. The files do not save to the tablets and there is no way to access them from the portal. There has been an increase in requests to be able to do this.
