As an Enterprise user, I would like to be able to add photos to an album across the board for all communities

Specific use case scenario: On a monthly basis, the organization aims to share photos universally across all communities to be utilized in designer projects as part of their branding efforts. These specific communities would have the autonomy to select from the available photos that enterprise uploads. However, currently, the enterprise user must upload the photos for each community individually, which proves to be a time-consuming process.
