Ability to Add & Delete users in Messaging | Communication

Specific Use Case Scenario: An organization with an Enterprise User has established a message thread in the Communication feature among all LED members to exchange ideas, information, and more. When a new LED is hired, it would be convenient to have the option of adding them to the existing thread rather than creating a new one. Furthermore, there are instances where an LED changes positions within the company, and in such cases, the ability to remove them from the thread would be beneficial.
