Transportation - round-trip requests should be handled better

Staff users have requested the ability to see when the first leg of the trip has been completed so they can tell that the resident is/was out of the building during that time.

They also have requested that we auto-populate a return request for them (but reverse pick-up location and destination) so they don't have to enter all the same info again.
