Staff wants to see photo/ video notifications on iN2L home screen.

Staff would like to see a similar notification on the homescreen as they see on the resident specific pages when someone got photos or videos. Their main concern is so residents get presented their family communication in a timely manner without having to go into the resident specific login if they do not need to!
