Ability to import a spreadsheet of work requests into the Work Request feature or have an integration with Tels Merged

Communities that currently have Tels are looking for an efficient way to manage work requests in LifeLoop in addition to Tels. With LifeLoop, residents and their families can easily create work requests and track their progress, all in one place, which is one of the reasons they want to use LifeLoop. This feature would be beneficial for communities that want to streamline their processes and reduce the time spent on manual data entry. By allowing users to import a spreadsheet with their work requests, we would save them the hassle of having to enter each request manually. This not only saves time but also ensures accuracy and consistency in the data entered. An integration with Tels would be even more efficient to avoid double-work in both systems.
