If we label something as enterprise content, it needs to be enterprise on in2l and lifeloop. Some things are listed enterprise content for in2l and not lifeloop, and vise versa - for example coro music is on core content for lifeloop but is enterprise on the in2l system and monthly highlights are included on enterprise only content in lifeloop but core content on in2l. This is also the same for Audiobooks as well. Audiobooks are available on core content on in2l but enterprise only on lifeloop. This is confusing for LifeLoop employees when communicating and training but also for staff at communities thinking they may have these items.
Significant changes have been made to pricing structure to marry the Group engagement system offering with DA content in LL. We are also now about to deploy matching content for Residents in LL. This leave the iN2L tablet as the only outlier, hopefully adding clarity and consistency.
In the future we will also consider ways that we might deprecate the Core offering in LL completely, but our customer facing motions should be vastly more simplified now.
