24 hour time option

currently there is no settings page for LifeLoop. it would be nice to have a settings page and be able to select options such as display dark or light mode and in particular 12 hour time vs 24 hour time. when scheduling things it can really cut down on confusion to be able to have a 24 hour time display option for those that are used to it
