Remove Deleted Residents from Transportation and Work Requests

When a resident moves out any Transportation they had scheduled still remains. It should be removed automatically once the resident is removed from the system. Provide more works/steps for the busy community when the PCC/LifeLoop connection is supposed to make operations more efficient.
