Add emoji option in group messaging communication

I have a group chat for the Life Enrichment Directors. We share ideas, photos, etc. It would be great to have an option to like, add thumbs-up, heart, smiley face, etc. to ideas as ways to engage other than having to actually right something back to acknowledge/react to information.
