Ability to add hyperlinks to announcements.

We'd like the ability to add hyperlinks to Teams or Zoom in to announcements so that when we send out reminders about family meetings via communications we can include the link to the meeting. The more we use LL as a communication tool for families, the more likely they are to use LL in general.
